| Bob is the Owner of Country Road Automotive. As a kid, cars became his hobby and he would tinker with anything that had a motor. As he grew older, his hobby became a part of his ambition… to own an automotive repair shop where customers would be served with the highest level of excellence and employees would be happy. Bob is happily married to Jen and has three children, Michael Robert, Marisa, and Marco. One of Bob’s aspirations is that the business would grow and be handed down to his family from generation to generation. Bob is an ASE-certified Master Technician and is always working hard to stay on the leading edge of industry issues. He is also an active member of the community and is frequently finding ways to give back to those who selflessly serve others.

| Donna joined Country Road Automotive in 2006 as the Service Manager. As soon as she came to us, we knew it was the perfect fit. She loves cars and has been a racing fan for years. Her son and daughter are also very active in Karting so she stays on top of the latest motor trends. As soon as you arrive at the shop, Donna greets you with her warm and welcoming personality. When you call the shop, you’ll most likely be speaking with Donna who will schedule your appointment and make arrangements for a loaner car. Her goal is to help facilitate that one-on-one personal experience you deserve. |  | Carl is one of the original Country Road Automotive crew members. Before coming to work with Country Road, he owned and operated a small machine shop business with his father. His diverse background and the love he has for cars and motorcycles gives him an edge over most automotive technicians. Carl is an ASE-certified Master Technician and an Automobile Advanced Level Specialist in engine performance, suspension and steering, brakes, electrical, heating, air conditioning, and manual drive trains and axles. He is also a licensed NJ MVC private facility inspector and a certified emission repair technician. | 
| Justin is a top mechanic. He is a graduate of Boonton High School and UTI (universal Technical Institute). He has further developed his skills by completing 7 ASE certifications, has his certification in A/C and will be receiving his Master Mechanic status in 2010. Justin's experience with a local dealership has benefited him greatly and his knowledge is a tremendous asset to Country Road Automotive. His knowledge and love of motorcycles and all motor vehicles is a huge bonus for us and the customers who depend on him. | 
| Gabriel attended Morris County School of Technology and has his 2-year Certificate in Automotive Repair. Using his past experiences and ongoing training, he is truly an asset to us. Gabriel is continuing his education with MEA (Mechanic Education Association) and attends classes on a regular basis. His motivation, enthusiasm and attention to detail make him a great addition to our team and we look forward to Gabriel's long-term career with us. | 
| Nancy joined Country Road Automotive in 2009 as a part-time Office Manager. She comes to us with 20+ years of office experience and has a great love of cars. Her husband is an Auto Technician by trade but is now an Auto Service Instructor for the Morris County School of Technology. Whether you need an appointment or just have a question, she is the one to ask. Her knowledge of office procedures along with her friendliness and sense of humor make her a valuable addition to our staff. You can count on her to get the job done. | 
| Doug graduated from Wayne Hills High School and then went on to UTI (Universal Technical Institute). He is ASE-Certified and working towards his ASE Masters Level. In addition to ASE, Doug is also a member of Mechanics Education Association (MEA) and is continuing his education to stay current on the latest technology. Doug came to us from a well-known national repair facility and brought with him a vast knowledge of many makes and model vehicles. His experience is an enormous asset to Country Road Auto. Last, but not least, Doug loves hockey and shares our enthusiasm for cars of all kinds.
